Anna was very flexible and punctual..when I needed her, she showed up! And she always answers her phone and very courteous..will definitely hire her again to do some deep cleaning in the house 😊 thanks Anna for leaving my new home SPOTLESS!! 🧡

Anna has been in business many years but she doesn’t know her stuff…. Either she doesn’t want to discuss quality/productivity or she just doesn’t manage her time well. I’m guessing the latter. When asking for an estimate of time to complete a job vs man hours, she did not have a clue. So, also guessing her rates maybe a little high and quality of work questionable. In her profession quality, time, and expense are very important.
