They were AWESOME! Due to an injury I was unable to clean my old home for the new owners. At the last minute, New Years week, they showed up on time, worked longer than planned in order to finish and went the extra mile in every way. Will definitely be using them again in my new home.

No real business has only 4-5 star reviews. They acted like they never saw a used fireplace before then charged us as extra $100 AFTER already doing the extra work without asking beforehand. Never coming here again. After looking at the place, I’m disappointed in the service, it’s low quality at best, how does this quality of work take 4 hours? They cleaned some things well enough I’ll give them that- like the oven, but left little piles of dirt in corners, turned our ac up to 75, and left lights on. Then contacted us with poor customer service.

Oh what a wonderful experience!!!!.. they were here for two and a half hours, just like he said when he gave me his bid over the phone, and did a wonderful job on everything!!!!!…. my house is nice and clean and I am very very satisfied thank you so much

The entire experience, front to back, was great. I had reached out to Newmark’s on a Friday needing to get my apartment cleaned on Tuesday (lease was up). I worked closely with Kharee who worked around my schedule and met up with me before work to scope out the work. They were up front with the cost and time needed, and it was a great experience. Kharee was super professional and genuinely a good person. The apartment was spotless. I highly recommend using them.

Newmark was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Her responsiveness is impressive. I filled in an online form on their website at 6:00 AM and Newmark called me early in the morning around 7:00 AM the same day to schedule a viewing of my apartment so that she could give me an accurate quote. She explained what all needs to be cleaned with the hours needed and gave me a precise and fair estimate. She accepted my cleaning request at the last moment without charging any last minute fees. Her cleaning staff was very detail oriented and they left my apartment spick and span. They needed no supervision. Newmark kept me updated with the progress being made on the cleaning while I was at work, even sending me picture updates.
