I can’t say enough how happy and thankful I am to Molly Maids for cleaning my son’s apartment because Grand Magnolias failed us greatly. The apartment was not fit for someone to move in and as a human being first and foremost then a mom, I couldn’t see my son’s first apartment on his own being a terrible experience from the start. They cleaned that apartment to where you could eat off the floor and anywhere else 🤣🤣 Very professional, caring and respectful. My son felt like he had “Aunties” helping him out. Also, it was short notice but they made a way to help me out. Please book with them, you will not be disappointed. I had a terrible experience with MiMi’s Maid Service and they did nothing to rectify the situation even with photographs and video proof, so first and only choice is Molly Maid. Thanks again! Greatly appreciated.

I read the reviews before scheduling, but I like to look over the negative and give people the benefit of the doubt. I recently had foot surgery and I’m pretty much down for 2 months. I have 2 small boys so I knew I was going to need help. Debra scheduled me a week out (only gave a date, no time was included). The day before she was asking to reschedule to the next day. I told her the original date we scheduled for was better for me. She said that was fine, she would set it up in the morning and a team would be out here. I text the morning of and asked what time Someone would be here she stated 2:30-3:30. Take in mind this is my first time requesting this kind of service and I have no idea how long it takes them to clean, I told her I had a dr apt around that time because I was under the impression they would have been at my home that morning. I told her I would reschedule my dr apt but would have to go pick my kids up at 5. And asked if the next day would be better but it would have to be in the morning. This was around 10 in the morning. I had already canceled my dr apt. She text at 2:32 and told me that her people would not make that day, because of the time and that I will have to wait till after the holidays to call and reschedule.

Sloppy service at best over a six-month period. When we finally complained about quality of service and refused payment for a particularly bad job, they dropped us rather than adjusting the service. DO NOT USE THESE PROPLE — VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Molly Maid’s staff are quick and efficient. They bring their own supplies. Always on time. Easy to work with if you ever need to change your appointed time. Highly recommend this service.

The owner Deborah very disrespectful. My first time trying to set upset services called them multiple times I guess they are only loyal to the customers they already have which is fine. Don’t give potential customer a run around just say I can’t do it. It’s a way to do business and way not to do it. Being disrespectful to people is not the way to go. How are you going to take my information and give a date and not follow up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
