We’ve been using Nice & Neat for almost a year and couldn’t be happier! The same team comes every month, so they have a clear understanding of our home and are great with our dog. They are always on time, reliable, friendly and do an incredible job. The owner, Jenna, is a great communicator and it’s clear she cares about quality and treating her employees well. I highly recommend supporting such an amazing business!

The Nice & Neat team cleaned my house for the first time recently and I was so pleasantly surprised by how spoiled I felt by the clean feeling and amazing smell! I was impressed with the attention to detail of the two cleaners and their respect for our home and belongings.

Jenna and her team do a fabulous job! Communication is super important when you have people coming into your home; Jenna makes it super easy with fast replies to requests and timely notifications of scheduling changes. The payment side is also seamless with Venmo. The cleaning crew does a great job and is respectful of our home (and is great with our dog). Highly recommend!

We’ve had one clean so far, and the team was AMAZING. I didn’t expect such a deep clean of our kitchen (it was caked with syrup and oats from our toddlers) but it looks brand new again! Nothing but positive feedback from us — my mother in law rolled into town 30 minutes after the cleaners left and was in awe with how beautiful our home looked. Thanks for making us look good 😉.

Nice and Neat cleaners have great attention to detail, are kind and thoughtful, and incredibly efficient. They are receptive to requests within the menu they provide while still customizing a clean for my needs.
