Ypsilanti Restoration LLC 2 years agoMike Condon is one of those rare finds you want to keep all to yourself. He is a skilled craftsman and a perfectionist, who likes to handle historic home restoration jobs others don’t dare to touch. His workmanship is impeccable and his prices are astonishingly modest, given his skills. His only drawback is that he is booked 6 months to a year in advance! Consider yourself lucky if you can get him to tackle your project.
