There are so many things I could say about the Mutter Maid’s service. Casey has been cleaning our home for a while now on a monthly basis, and my wife and I both agree it is the best day of our month. We love nothing more than coming home to an immaculate house that smells incredible. Her attention to detail is top notch and we know our house has always been thoroughly cleaned when she comes through. She respects our home and space and makes sure everything is right back where you had it after she dusts or cleans something. She is punctual, an excellent communicator and is always willing to do a bit extra on late moments notice when we ask. If you are looking for a cleaner who values you as a customer, has fair pricing and provides an excellent service, look no further. Casey is also the owner of the business and continues to impress us with how she manages her business and still gives our home excellent care.

Casey and Rick are a dream cleaning team! I would shout their praises from my rooftop if I could. Having a reliable and thorough team to clean your home provides me with such a peace of mind and huge chunk of my time back every month. Their attention to detail is top notch and I feel a huge sense of relief when I see the appointment on my calendar! They leave my home sparkling and smelling wonderful! Small details aren’t forgotten, my kids squeal with delight when they see their favorite stuffed animal placed on their bed or chair and know that “Ms. Casey” was here.

Casey is wonderful! Always on time, communicative, and flexible. She does an excellent job and I fully trust her to be in my home when I’m not there. In fact, we had a schedule mix up once and weren’t home when my daughter needed to get off the school bus for a half day. But Casey was there and stayed with her until we could make it back home. Excellent service and worth every penny!!

Rick and Casey are reliable, organized and great at what they do! Of course they do a thorough cleaning job, but what sets them apart is their consideration and reliability. I get a reminder text the day before cleaning day, and a text the day of cleaning to let me know what time he will arrive. I don’t have to worry about it because he is like clockwork! Their rates are reasonable and it’s clear that Rick takes pride in a job well done, which is so appreciated. There is nothing better than coming home to a clean, fresh smelling home!

Casey and Rick from the Mutter Maid are exceptional, reasonably priced cleaners in the metro Detroit area! I recently opened my own salon studio + they helped me clean and prep the commercial space upon opening. I have been extremely satisfied with each clean I’ve received since. Highly recommend!

Had some miscommunication (their fault). When contacted them they had a song ‘n dance how it was a computer glitch. When I called to complain the cleaner claims he asked me to call him personally with problems (that’s what he said happened). He came two days later then computer or whoever left me the message saying they were coming. Anyway I noticed that the cleaner dumped all the house trash into my garbage can and it was to the top. So I sent another email to complain. He called me angry because I emailed wrong place. Hhe said he was going to have to take me off schedule cause I called his wife by again. (Get it I emailed two times because he screwed up so he is firing me). Sorry the long 1star rating was so long.
