I had high hopes for my cleaning service but unfortunately had some issues along the way that did not meet my expectations. My experience was related to a new house deep cleaning so other service experience may be very different. The owner was responsive and provided a discount on my services for the issues I experienced. These issues were mostly related to communication and expectation setting, and I believe they will take the feedback to improve.
