Had a horrible experience. They did a Poor job of cleaning and charged $200 more than I was quoted. When trying to get my concerns addressed I was hung up on by the office manager. After talking with the franchise manager, I was refunded my $200, but was told that they did there best and the refund is all I get. Dont really understand why that was their best, but that’s what I was told. Sent 20 to 30 pictures of missed areas, and could have sent more, that I now will have to clean, including a poop mark in the toilet. Disappointed with everything they did. I understand that employees my miss or just not try, but the lack of response from the company is disheartening. Still $400 deep into a onetime clean that I have considerable cleaning left to do

I originally scheduled Molly Maid for my dad when he wasn’t able to keep up with cleaning his house. He had nothing but good things to say about each time they were there. The attention to detail, communication, and friendliness of the staff were truly impressive. Based on his experiences, I have had them scheduled at my house now for the last 6 months. Betty and her crew do an amazing job with both homes, to the point where you cannot tell that pets live there. I echo what my dad said bout their attention to detail, great communication skills, and friendliness. I am grateful to them for making one part of my hectic life a little bit easier.

They dig us out every week , making it possible with two working adults and 3 boys to get out house cleaned up is a refreshing way to start the first few days of each week. The cleaners themselves are always great and personable when I am there and run into them. They do a great job cleaning as well. So nice to trust this is done and done well!

Several years later… Molly continues to provide amazing cleaning services at our home. Our team is now comprised of Betty, Jenny, and Zander. Highly recommend them for your cleaning needs!! 1 year later… I am still very happy with the service. Carly has left since my last review. Jenny & Jada are a great team and do a fantastic job. I am traveling for work more now and they have done cleanings when I am not home. I feel 100% confident in doing this with this team & company. **************************** Professional service with a good cost. They are flexible when I need to reschedule and are always polite on the phone. Jenny & Carly are my regular Mollies and they always do a fantastic job. I have had service for over a year and have no complaints. Highly recommend if you are in the market.

This is a repeat post from a quite while ago because we are still happy with the service we receive. Molly Maids are friendly and respectful and do a great job, making sure we have no problems with their work. A couple of issues have come up over the years and they were quickly and properly resolved by the maids, office staff, and/or owner. All committed to insuring that we remain satisfied with their service.
