This was our 3rd project we contacted SILMAC Construction and Joe over the years. We need a complete refresh of condo unit in Charlestown in order to list and we working on very tight timeline. The refresh included refinishing wood floors, overall interior painting of the unit, electrical updating and final deep cleaning for showing of the unit. Joe jumped on the job on a Saturday less than 24 hours after our rental tenants moved out and completed the entire refresh in less than 10 days within the price he quote. We will continue to work Joe and Silmac in the future.

IJL Renovation has been *AMAZING* to work with. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’m SO happy with this experience that I needed to share. I originally hired Junior (owner of IJL Renovation) to do some interior work in our condo. He immediately responded to my text and scheduled a time to come visit within a day, and within another couple of days sent me an extremely reasonable, itemized quote for the work. He arrived on time on the day we had planned to begin work, and his team was super polite and courteous, efficient and meticulous. They put up plastic sheeting around the workspace so that the rest of my house stayed clean, and cleaned up so well when they were done (DAYS earlier than I imagined) that you could barely tell any construction had happened inside the unit at all. Part of the job was creative on Junior’s end (I needed a new plywood panel, framed out, to cover an access crawl space), and he came up with a great solution with magnets and handles to remove and reattach the panel. I was so impressed with their work on this job that I convinced our condo to hire him to replace our four front doors, which was a condo-wide project we had been delaying. IJL Renovation was accommodating of 6 unit owners’ schedules and feedback (no small task) and again did an excellent and very meticulous job. Junior provided original receipts for all extra materials (trim etc), and was responsive throughout the process, including coming back for minor tweaks (slightly shifting numbers or lockset installation, etc.) and questions from other condo owners. They were courteous and organized during the outdoor construction as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company– excellent carpentry and workmanship and professional and pleasant to work with. 10/10.

I was very pleased with Pedro and his team. They did a great job fixing my bathrooms an painting my living room and ceiling. The work done was flawless. They also clean everything after completing the repairs. I greatly appreciated it!
