Rino General Construction LLC 4 months agoI initially contacted Mr. Flores (Manuel) after being referred by my realtor to prep my home to sell. Manuel was very responsive to my first call to come out and assess the home as well as he came out a second time to discuss in detail what was needed. Manuel provided recommendations, based on his experience, and as a result we added some additional updates to my home. We agreed work would be started in Jan 24 and he started work as scheduled the first Monday in January. Overall, I am very pleased with the final work product. Manuel kept me apprised of any possible changes needed and of his progress re completion. He even came to my home to complete work on the weekends to ensure he completed the project timely. He adjusted to last minute changes and was very accommodating, he didn’t complain, as there were many changes made outside of what we agreed and he did all that was asked of. He sent pictures throughout the renovations made and we had several walk throughs together. Even after he finished, he returned several times to address something that may have needed attention and to do additional work based on my requests. I’ve received numerous compliments from my neighbors about how nice the home looks compared to when it was rented. It’s a totally new home and I feel very comfortable living back in the home and pleased with Manuel’s quality of work. I have pictures of before and after and it’s a brand new townhome. After seeing his work, several people have asked for his information and have booked home projects.

Mart Remodeling a month agoWe hired Mart Remodeling to completely redo 2 of our bathrooms, including the master bathroom. They did a phenomenal job. They were flexible to changes, professional, and just awesome. We are so happy with our 2 new bathrooms. They also stand behind their work. A couple of months after the job, a small issue occured, and when notified, they were out here the next day and fixed it. I truly couldn’t be happier!

Julio & Sons Home Improvements a month agoJulia&Son company was very sufficient. They came in and pressure. Wash my deck a couple days later, they came back and stain my deck Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Yard By Yard Makeovers LLC a year agoI used Yard By Yard for help with a major sloping portion of our yard. They installed timbers as a restraining border, and some nice grasses to help prevent runoff. They took a lot of time in the consultation, and clearly love what they do! That extra care was really great and their prices were competitive. I’ll be using them again, and recommend them to other homeowners. I had to stay on top of them to get on their calendar, but I didn’t mind.
