Ixsa did a wonderful job on my apartment! I broke my ankle and needed help, and Ixsa more than delivered. My place so much cleaner and she organized my chaos. I even have the little triangle fold to my toilet paper. 🙂 She was friendly and efficient. I will definitely welcome her back anytime.

Fantastic service. Simply fantastic. My wife and I have them as a monthly service and we’ve never been happier. Especially with having a small child and both of us being full time, this makes life easier. The coordinator is always very communicative, and the few times we’ve had to reschedule have been easy to figure out. I really can’t recommend them highly enough. Get them, and do yourself a favor and get a monthly service. Editing to give a shout out to Sofia, our most recent cleaner, who was swift and efficient!

Kept rescheduling last minute that i did not get to even use their service, it honestly felt like a scam (and the almost 400 dollar charge was showing up on my credit card so i was extremely worried) and they wasted so much of my time. I told them on the phone when i initially booked/confirmed that i havent been staying at my place but i would be there to let them in and provide directions. They rescheduled my initial 5 – 6 pm time to 8 pm, which was fine, but then rescheduled the 8 pm to an 8 am to 10 am timeframe the next day. A little annoying since i wasted my time but things happen Then, after 8 am and after i arrive to my apartment for their services, they texted me to reschedule again. They said via text that cleaning technician had a car emergency, which i could understand the first time they used that excuse (on the 2nd rescheduling) but at the 3rd last minute cancellation/rescheduling, they used the same excuse and if they knew there were car issues still, there was no reason to schedule me so early with confirmation someone would have proper transportion. They could have had the decency to give me a realistic appointment so i would not waste my time and gas. I asked them to even call me because i really needed timely help with cleaning my apartment but they did not pick up the phone or respond to my request to call after their 3rd time rescheduling. I then decided to at least text and cancel and refund my credit card, which they confirmed to do via text, but it is the fact that i relied on the agreed upon times each time and wasted so much time relying on them coming through. Regardless of whether the cleaning technicians are good, dont waste your time bothering to book with this company.

First time customer of Ecoverde, I got a one time deep clean. VERY pleased! They showed up on time, and did an excellent job. I’ll be scheduling reoccurring cleanings soon! Don’t hesitate to book.
