The owner of this company also owns several other businesses in the greater Bangor area. Owner DOES NOT PAY their contractors they use for maintenance on their properties after work completed. Owner will just ghost your phone calls, texts, emails and not return any messages after many attempts and leave you working for free. Definitely stay away if you are a contractor, highly recommend not doing business with this company at all!

Absolutely terrible cleaning service. The positives- it was easy to obtain an estimate and set up an appointment through their automated systems. That’s where it ends. You will never speak with a human being on the phone. They do not return phone calls. They respond only through text or email. I hired them for a move in clean for my daughter who was moving across the country. I included the unfinished basement in the square footage estimate of the job. They did not clean the basement at all and did a poor job on the main floor of the house. My daughter texted me after she arrived at the house to ask if I could confirm if the cleaners had actually been there because the house did not look clean! She found food crumbs on the kitchen island, in the microwave and multiple kitchen drawers & cabinets. There were dead bugs on some window sills. There was a dusty white film all over the showers and grit left in the bathroom sink. The basement and third bedroom space were not cleaned at all. I had contracted for windows to be washed. Only 7 of approximately 22 were done. I called the number given to reach someone in case of a problem but received no response except through email that the cleaners had in fact been there. When I asked to adjust the price of the cleaning to reflect the poor and incomplete job, instead of an apology, I was met with accusations of misrepresenting the cleanliness of the property and threats of legal action if I did not pay the full price for work that was not done. I would never recommend this company to anyone for a move in cleaning. They did a very poor job and their customer service is atrocious. I do not understand how they have been in business for so long. Perhaps they do a better job on weekly/ recurring customers but they certainly took advantage of this new customer.

Terribly run business. The website states to choose your service, but if you need to make adjustments, contact prior to service. We contacted via email and phone to make adjustments as we wanted to take a few rooms off the list of places that needed cleaning. We received no response. When the cleaners came on the day scheduled, we discussed our adjustments with the cleaner. Even the cleaner called the owner to make our adjustments and received no response. I will say, the cleaner was super nice and did a fantastic job. However, after the cleaning was completed, we received an invoice for the full cost of the original price. We contacted the owner several times to let her know that 3 rooms weren’t done (as per our adjustments). She more or less told us too bad, that we hadn’t made the adjustments ahead of time. But they NEVER CALLED US BACK. I truly believe that is their way of making everyone pay full price to bait them into thinking they can make adjustments (per their website requests) then purposely not call back to avoid being aware of the adjustments. The unprofessional owner refused to talk to us on the phone to work out the issue, only making threats via text. She has no business owning a business and I doubt it will last long.

Worst cleaning company around. They are known for hiring ppl who steal from clients. You can do a better job yourself taking a day off work save your money.

I do NOT recommend! I reached out for a “move-in clean” on a house and texted with Grace to give info on how many rooms, etc for the estimate. She provided a list of what was included in a “deep clean” plus a few other items that are added for a “move-in clean”. It was expensive but for a 3 bed, 2 bath house I knew it would take some time. Two very nice cleaners showed up but hadn’t been told that this was a “move in clean” and had no idea who Grace was that I had booked with. I received a text less than 3 hours later saying the job was complete. It seemed fast and when I returned to the house, It was cleaner than before, but only a surface level clean. Not the “move-in clean” that cost me almost $600. There were cobwebs, a very dusty bathroom counter, and visible food inside kitchen cabinets, plus the oven was untouched as examples. Clearly there was a lack of communication, and I don’t believe I received a cleaning service worth the cost I paid. I’ve called their phone number 10 times and left a couple of voicemails to discuss this with someone but no one has answered or called me back so I’m leaving this review to hopefully warn others

Very satisfied with Holly’s Cleaning – Josh and Delia are incredibly thorough with a keen eye for detail. They are efficient and friendly! An excellent experience, glad to have them continuing to clean our business.
