First, let me say that the cleaning team was amazing to work with and they did a fantastic job! I would give them ten stars if I could!! But… Communication from the main office was lack luster. Contacted them for a deep cleaning/move out quote and received a prompt response, then once I accepted the quote we waited for a scheduling call… after a week of no communication I contacted the office who apologized for the mix up and said someone would reach out within the hour. I waited 24 hours before reaching out to another company for a quote, then after 5 days I received a text that said I had an appointment for a deep cleaning the next day! Because we were in a rush to get the cleaning done I went ahead and switched my schedule around for the appointment, but was disappointed overall with the office and probably won’t be using them again despite how well the job was done. Communication is extremely important for me because I can’t spur of the moment find someone to watch the kids so I can make appointments.

Overall great experience. Some spots were missed in the deep clean but Maria was very responsive and had her team address at the following cleanings.

I hired maid in the ville to do move-out cleans for my rental property. Phenomenal value, hardworking team and extremely kind owner! Highly recommend.

They came within two days of me calling and asking for a cleaning. They did an incredible job, cleaned every corner of the place including baseboards, inside of cupboards, sinks, toilets, showers, floors, walls, windows. I wasn’t even home, when I got back it was as if some cleaning fairies had taken care of everything for me. I don’t know why I haven’t done this before, definitely will be at least a monthly thing for me now. Book them and stop worrying about cleaning!

Y’all!!! Maria and her team took on a complicated and last minute request from a nervous daughter in San Antonio (me) to help my mother in Louisville get some cleaning done during her move. They were FANTASTIC! They made me feel like my mother was their mother and took excellent care of us both. Communication was constant, results were immaculate, and staff have mastered the fine balance of friendly and professional. We are more than happy!!! Thank you, Maria, for taking care of us like family. 🙂

I can’t say enough good things about Maria’s cleaning service! We have had a monthly cleaning for years & the ladies are always on time, reliable & our home is spotless when they leave. Maria sends 3 to 4 ladies so they are in & out quickly. Maria was very flexible when I asked to change my cleaning day. I highly recommend Maid in the Ville!

Maria and her girls are some hard working ladies! They clean fast and efficient. I’ve seen them work together to get a whole house done in a timely manner and they do such a wonderful job. They’re friendly and sweet. I highly recommend them if you need a one time house cleaning or a weekly house cleaning. They’re wonderful!
