Major shout out to Sarah & Alyssa! They completely blew my mind with how clean my house was after my deep clean by Professional Touch. From the moment I walked in the door you could just feel how clean the house was in the air, it just felt light & smelled amazing. My pets absolutely loved them when we arrived home & they could not have been kinder! I recommend them for all your cleaning needs, surface or deep! We have been very pleased with the quality of cleaning we received by Professional Touch Cleaning, particularly with Taylor Aguilar who has been the primary person who cleans for us on a regular basis. Taylor not only arrives on time, is considerate of our cleaning needs always asking for ways to improve, and going above the norm such as putting the dirty linens in the wash. She is meticulous and works hard each time. Tiffany, the owner, is incredibly responsive to change in cleaning needs and schedule, willing to adapt when we need them to. They also take constructive feedback well like how they have missed an area; they ensure it won’t happen again. The only wish I have is the quality assurance folks check in more frequently than they have. Other than that, A +!!!

We had the deep clean of our house recently with Professional Touch Cleaning, and I was extremely impressed with how clean our house came! We have two very young kids and work full time jobs, so we had fallen pretty far behind on our cleaning. After our deep clean, our house really shines. Everything you can imagine was cleaned, dusted, washed, etc. It is such a relief to come home from work to an actual clean house. We’re so happy that we’re scheduling maintenance cleans so our house doesn’t get so dirty again!
