Molly Maid has been cleaning our home for two years or more. During this time I’ve had three or four crews come out to do the cleaning. All have been courteous, friendly, and always on time. They work with a smile on their face and have been a pleasure to have in the house. The quality of work is outstanding and never disappoints. From time to time I have other work that needs to be done that is outside of their scope of work. . I first check with their supervisor and then mention it to the lady in charge and without exception they are happy to help out. I mention that the work is not part of their regular duties and that I’m happy to pay them extra through MM. In the spring I spoke to Ashlee, the scheduler/ supervisor, about washing all of the windows inside and out. Ashlee and I agreed on a price and schedule and made special arrangements to complete the on their normal schedule add more hours to that day. The work was completed according to the new schedule without a problem. I can honestly say that over the entire length of our contract there was only one quality issue, which was taken care of with a call to Ashlee. The issue was really about trying to work too fast rather than doing a poor work. Before retirement I was a general contractor. Constructing homes and restaurants across the nation. I know what a good job looks like and what a good company works like. Molly Maid is a well managed company with happy employees. It shows in all of their work and in their employees too.

Main level of a 750 square foot house was done well, besides the windowsills, the part that bothered me was the basement was partially swept and dirt was just left in the corner that was it, nothing was done in the second bathroom downstairs at all.

So far I had a one time cleaning. They were good cleaners, polite, courteous and did what I asked them to do. I am considering a schedule for the fall. The scheduler I spoke to was also very good.

I was impressed by how quickly they were able to start, following my initial call. I also liked that they sent out a representative to walk thru my home and provide an estimate instead of guessing, based on square footage. They did a good job.
