She was very personable. I did not expect when I hired a housekeeper that were they would come with a humble heart. I was on beside myself. Perhaps a little embarrassed. I was reassured that this is a normal process. Because I am disabled at the end of a job I was offered a discount even more than I expected however I still felt like she deserved the tip that I gave her and for that I am grateful.

Highly recommend Two Sisters Housekeeping! I have utilized housekeeping services before, but none have been attentive to detail like two sisters! She is a great communicator, nice to work with, and a very efficient cleaner!

I spoke with this lady before she came to clean. I was very clear what i wanted done and even wrote out a detailed list. From the beginning i told her i was willing to pay for any extra work or time needed to complete the job. She assured me that would be the case. The night before my scheduled service she cancelled and after i contacted her to reschedule she came to my house around noon and left at 4 and the only thing that got cleaned (deep clean) correctly is the fridge (not even the freezer). Everything was halfway done or partial done and when she kept telling me she would have enough time , which i knew she didn’t , she still left at 4 after telling me she was available until 4:30. After i paid her and went through the house again to realize how much she did not do i texted her asking for a portion of my pay to her back. No response. She never once responded to any of my messages about how i was unhappy and giving her the chance to make it right. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve had with a cleaning company. DO NOT HIRE FOR A DEEP CLEAN!

Illa has been cleaning our home for a couple of months now and we are very impressed with her thorough cleaning, she takes the time to do the job right. The house looks awesome when she is done, she is sometimes a little late arriving but she always texts me and keeps me informed, I understand when you are running a business sometimes unexpected things happen and you have to adjust your schedule.
