I hired Button Babes to do a cleanup of my property that had had major reconstruction and empty for 9 months. We did a walk thru ahead of time expectations were very clear about wiping flat services cleaning out vents vacuuming mopping the kitchen was A very filthy area, I had sent them pics of the dust and debris. I arrived the afternoon after the cleaning and it wasn’t vacuumed or flat surfaces wiped or the kitchen drawers or slides wiped down or the debris vacuumed up. When I questioned Jessica she told me the crew didn’t have a vacuum with them! She wanted to wait a day and I said no I’m moving in tomorrow. I helped her and we worked on it 3 hours! She charged me $400! I told them I didn’t think they should but to no avail. I would NEVER recommend this company! I am so disappointed, I will always tell everyone I know how they treated me. Her response about me asking them to commit insurance fraud is an absolute lie!

10/10 experience! We decided to list our home for sale last minute, and Karissa and team were at our house with less than a weeks notice to get it ready! They cleaned the house top to bottom and left it sparkling! We will definitely use their services again!

I’ve used Button Babes every 2 weeks for home cleaning for a while & a couple of times for deep clean/move out cleaning when I’ve moved & they are outstanding! They always arrive on time, do a great job & are just pleasant to have in my home. I’ve referred them on many occasions & without hesitation or reservation to friends & family. For the cleaning part- they are straight up thorough & meticulous. I also love that they’re local & not a chain & not just some person with a vacuum but are a business with insurance. Thank you Button Babes gals for taking care of my home!

Very poor quality of work. Unprepared for the job. Did not even bring a vacuum cleaner. Paid too much for poor work . Fifteen man hours equalled three workers in five hours. Apparently wiping down a few shelves, leaving layer of dust on all top shelves. Further, the gal in charge told me she ‘fit’ me in when in reality she told me when I called that they had openings on both the Thursday they came over and the following day. I did not dispute the lack of cleanliness in this place. I just wanted it clean before we moved in. I had just gotten out of eight days in the hospital and didn’t feel up to a deep clean. That’s why I hired them. But to respond to my concerns by getting snippy when I paid $700 for shoddy work is more than disappointing. We found dark nail polish splashed in the bathroom after this outfit finished and a pet stain on a carpet where none was previously as witnessed by the agent in charge, ourselves, and some friends. We suspected that someone left a door open and a neighbors dog came in, or that a worker had a pet along, which seems unlikely. Why the nail polish? Don’t have a clue. Overall, this is not an outfit I would recommend .

I regularly get my house cleaned from Button Babes and am always so happy with the results! They are timely, professional, and kind. They also show honesty and have high ethics which is important when a cleaning company is coming into your home. They are great!

Highly recommend!! This is a great cleaning company. They communicate well before each visit to see if there is anything special I’d like them to focus on at their next visit, and they clean efficiently and do a great job. I love watching the interaction of the employees and you can tell they are well cared for by their employer and work well as a team. They are always smiling and truly represent themselves as eager to clean. Always dependable and have never left me in a bind.
