Disappointing Clean – More Dust Than Shine at Diamond Bright I was very much looking forward to a relaxing weekend after booking a cleaning service with Diamond Bright Cleaning. Unfortunately, that relaxation was short-lived after seeing the state of my apartment after the cleaning. Here’s what fell short: Surface Cleaning Only: While the counters looked wiped down, dust bunnies remained happily bouncing under the furniture. Cobwebs still clung to corners, and fingerprints danced across the stainless steel appliances. Floors Left Wanting: The hardwood floors had a dust all over. Vacuuming seemed cursory at best.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Ms. Asako and her Diamond Bright Cleaning company for the past year, and we are still using their services for our monthly routine cleaning. Asako was very nice and empathetic to our situation, as we needed cleaning services asap due to the horrible condition our tenants had left our house in. She was very prompt in responding and squeezing us in to accommodate our tight schedule. Alicia was just absolutely amazing and hardworking. She was very efficient and sweet, and she was always wanting to make sure she did everything right. Would use this service again!

I am confident and pleased to leave a five star review for the service we received today in our apartment. We had the walls washed, the air vents and sprinkler heads cleaned. Our appointment was confirmed in a timely manner. MJ arrived on time, was contentious, polite, attentive to every detail, thorough, efficient, tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. Asako responded very quickly and was able to give me an accurate and fair/affordable estimate. She was able to schedule me as requested. Gretchen and Allan (house keepers) came on time and did an awesome job cleaning my home. They were professional, efficient, and so easy to work with. Their work exceeded my expectations! I will continue using Diamond Bright Cleaning and highly recommend.

I got my apartment cleaned in May and was quoted for $150.and they tried to charge me $350 after the facts, because the landlord made them do laundry for clean sheets that was already cleaned. I asked why would they clean sheets that was already cleaned and they couldn’t give me a proper answer. After complaining to the real estate company that I rented the apartment from, they offered to pay the difference of $80 to the cleaning service company. So instead of charging the real estate company $200 difference, they only charge the real estate company $80, but before I complained to the real estate company , they told me my new bill was $350, which is a $200 difference . I don’t recommend anybody to use this company due to this company deceitfulness.
