Very proud to be the first one to review this service. I hired them to come and do a “Deep clean” on my home while my wife was away on business as a surprise to her. I spoke with a very nice lady in the office who was extremely helpful. That, unfortunately is where the good customer service ended. I was told that two cleaners would spend up to 5 hours in my home cleaning. They arrived late that day and were only there for a little over 2 hours. They failed to clean most of the things that I was promised that they would clean: Door frames, baseboards, windowsills, ceiling fans etc. I called the office and was told that the crew would be sent out the next day to fix what they missed. They indeed showed up again….late. Again. And were there only an hour. They cleaned the fans alright…and left the dust on my new comforter set, my sons bed and the floor in my living room. The best part is that they were still sitting in my driveway when I got home and left several cigarette butts in my grass. I called…again…and was again told that someone would be out the next day. Someone came the next day and indeed cleaned. Although it wasn’t exactly as promised, she did a fair job. I’m not sure how long she was there because she didn’t set my alarm when she left. I took a leap of faith and again asked them to come do a routine clean. The work was substandard yet again. The floors weren’t swept or mopped…or if they did mop they used a filthy mop. The floors had a residue on them. There is no way that a would recommend them to anyone. Aside from the very sweet and helpful lady that works in the office, the service and level of professionalism is plain awful.
