I contacted Felicia to clean my leased home after I moved out. The company I lease from requires a professional cleaning upon move out or they charge a $450 fee. I explained this to Felicia and she was familiar with this policy. I let her know that I needed her to leave an original invoice on the kitchen counter so that the leasing company would have a record of the cleaning. She stated she would come the following Tuesday. By Tuesday afternoon I had not heard from her and I checked and no one had entered the home. I called her and got no response so I sent a text. It took some time but she messaged me back and said she would be there the following day. By noon the following day she still had not shown up so I sent another message. She said she would be there after lunch. She showed up at 1:30PM and was done by 3:30PM. Two hours didn’t seem like enough time to clean the home so I asked exactly what all she had cleaned. She replied blinds, baseboards, window sills, bathrooms, cabinets, floors, fans, wiped down doors, cleaned microwave, fridge, and oven. I then asked for a copy of the invoice and she stated she had left the only copy on the counter. I was ok with that because I was going to stop by and inspect the home one last time before I turned it over. She charged me $250 which I paid via Zelle. When I inspected the home it was about what I expected for a 2 hour job. It wasn’t as clean as I would have done it but it was adequate for my needs. However when I inspected the refrigerator I discovered she had not touched it. I was forced to find something to clean it with which unfortunately I didn’t bring any cleaning supplies but I managed. Then I noticed there was no receipt on the counter top. I tried calling and my calls went straight to voicemail. I sent texts also with no response. I left voicemails and have yet to hear from her. So I am now out the $450 as well as the $250 I paid her just because she didn’t leave an invoice.

We had Felicia come do a deep cleaning at our house today before Christmas. She was 5 minutes early, and was took a tour around the house just to see what she was dealing with. She was here for about 5-6 hours and did an amazing job! Everything was spotless, and much better than my wife and I could ever do in such a short period of time. She is a one woman crew and did the job just as we would expect a cleaning service to do. We highly recommend using her services!

I’ve used many cleaning companies before and let me tell you Cleaning by Felicia is the best company I’ve ever had!! She’s very professional and does an amazing job! I highly recommend her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You will not be disappointed trust me. I went from getting monthly cleanings from different companies to now getting weekly cleanings from Cleaning by Felicia!

I cannot recommend this cleaning service enough! Felicia goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect and she pays close attention to detail. Consistent and efficient, I was always impressed. She quickly became a good friend, someone we trust and someone we could always count on.
