On my third cleaning and I am still IMPRESSED with the efficiency and professionalism I experience with Sonia’s Cleaning Services! They communicate very well, always on time, and provide accurate pricing! I would definitely refer them to anyone in need of a deep clean or general cleaning services! Previous post: I was able to schedule same day cleaning service on a Friday with Sonia’s Clean Sweep and the team did not disappoint! From the phone staff to the cleaning team, I received the best customer service. They customize the cleaning to your needs and provide the invoice with easy-to-pay text/online methods. The cleaning services were impeccable, reasonably priced, and time efficient…I will definitely be using them in the future!

I used Sonia’s cleaning services for a deep clean and overall the cleaning was ok but no way near a deep clean. I had to point out many things that the cleaners neglected to clean. Their English was not good and they had to use a phone translator. They were pleasant but the amount that I paid for a deep clean was not worth that. I use another cleaning service and their basic clean is better than this paid deep clean. Never again!

They were on time and considerate. When I called they were accommodating because I needed them the next day. The two women they sent were very sweet and they listened to my specific request. There was a slight language barrier and I needed to use Google translate but that was OK for me I didn’t mind.
