Don’t use them!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owner told me I would have my window cleaned, floors outside of fridge clean stove fans ect . She only set one person for the clean when she told me that she was going to be sending two people. Only one person came and for a 150 dollars staff cleaned my bathrooms did floors. The staff said she had only been with company for a week and had been doing this for years on her own and was not sure why she only sent one person for a 1st clean and house this size. When I called to express my frustration all she said was that she trained to clean area we don’t see, but could not explain why a person would spend 4 hours on two bathroom one in which I told her not to clean as my significant other has a lot of Cologne and lotion ect in counter. Owner did not try to make it right or explain why it took over 4 hour just wanted me to pay more to someone come out the next day. Don’t use them there’s are better company in Spring Hill trust me.

I contacted Cookie a month ago and she made an appointment to estimate my job. She canceled the appointment for the estimation twice and rescheduled. Once she did show up she was a very professional well spoken individual so I decided to hire her too deep clean my elderly fathers house the day before his 82nd birthday party as we had family coming over. The scheduled day of the services was supposed to be the 28th of August which was booked two weeks in advance. That morning at 8am her, nor her staff showed and I called 4 times and I did not get a return call till almost 11am. Cookie called me and said “Did my girls not show up”? She then elaborated that she was having problems all week with her staff as if she knew they would not show. Then she asks if we could reschedule the cleaning which I reminded her that the reason I hired her was because family was coming the next day. I had to stay up till 2am in the morning to deep clean the house myself. She said she would try to get someone else to come by and she never even called me back. I was very disappointed with the way she runs her business. I guess just like most business owners in our area this is more of a hobby than an actual business for her. She could have called me earlier in the week and let me know she was having problems and I would have had an opportunity to hire someone else. Thank you Cookie for destroying my fathers 82nd birthday party.

I have had the pleasure of having Cookies cleaning plus in my home. All the girls go above and beyond. The owner is the nicest person you could ever meet. I just love her and the girls. They are so caring. Only cleaning service I will ever use. I highly recommend them.

We used Cookie’s Home Cleaning for several months to do a deep cleaning, turnover cleanings for multiple rental guests, and finally our move-out cleaning when we sold the house. Carol and everyone I met were all so professional and did such a consistently wonderful job. I can’t say enough good things about them. Our renters were also impressed with how spotless everything was. We would definitely be continuing to use them if we weren’t moving away.
