Update to response: I added pictures, that is in no way extreme or hazardous to anyone’s health. Cleaner walked out without doing anything. Reached out to owner and he never responded. I had this appointment scheduled for a month because I knew it was a busy time of year. Too late to schedule another company.

They are wonderful and super detailed!!! The products they use are of very good quality and my house always smells delicious and looks very clean. They take their time to do excellent work and their prices are the best. Their punctuality is impressive, every week I am calm because I know they will arrive. I highly recommend them!!!

Oh how I adore Palm Beach Maid! Juan and his team are consummate professionals. Their work is incredible, they are always on time and on the ball. We use them both for Airbnb and personal cleaning and cannot recommend him highly enough for both services.

This company is horrible. I live in a gated community and they have sent ladies to clean that are not citizens They can’t get to the gate and want me to go outside to get them. I don’t do that so then my house doesn’t get cleaned. They reschedule and send someone else. They cancel all the time. Always an excuse why they need to cancel. Today they texted me a date and when I responded it was already gone. It’s really bad business. No one understands what I tell them. They had a wonderful scheduler and not sure what happened to her. She’s gone so the new person I asked for their name just to address them and they refuse to tell me. Very poor business. Should not be in business. I would never hire them again or recommend them to anyone.
