Not impressed. The two ladies they sent out were friendly enough, however, when I booked the appointment I explained to the representative that I needed a heavy cleaning on my master bath, and that I also need all of the floors on the lower level of my home cleaned and mopped. I paid 545 for 4 and a half hours, two of which were spent in the master bath. Mirrors were left half cleaned, the shower still had hard water scale on the glass. I also found that quite a few personal items in the bathroom were cavalierly tossed into the trash without a word. The cleaning ladies ended up asking me for cleaning supplies and trash bags, which they decided to keep the entire roll! They also apparently found and used my 4 inch putty knife and absconded with it as well as the bags. They did mop floors in the bathroom, powder room, foyer and kitchen, but left the living room and the office untouched. Spoke several times by phone with a supervisor, who basically offered me excuses, told me that I neglected my home and that is why they couldn’t get the mirrors and shower clean, and that “there was no more time left” to finish my floors. Powder room vanity top was left untouched. They even threw away my bottle of hand soap! They decided to place the trash in my gardening can instead of the garbage can. Thank God I found it because, low and behold, there were all my personal items from the master bath, which I had to spend an hour and a half retrieving and cleaning! No. I will not be using these folks again, and wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Typical Miami scam. What a shame.

We needed a move out cleaning quickly and was very pleased that Molly Maids of Miami had availability to accommodate us. Pricing was reasonable and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

I did not have a good experience with this company they came to do a detailed cleaning and left baseboards dirty countertop and stove top. Not happy at all and expensive to not see those details

Can I give more than 5 stars, because I want to give Taunny and Lissette 10 stars for their exceptional work and diligence! I could not be more pleased with the service from Molly Maid, from the convenience of booking the appointment to following up on the job done. However, the highlight was the actual cleaning by these 2 lovely ladies, who made my place look brand new and spotless! Can’t wait to see them again in 2 weeks, for I am most certainly sold on being a repeat customer! Thank you Molly Maid!
