I would say the cleaning was good not great on an empty house. I had to give 4 stars because I called the day before and they were able to schedule someone to come out the next morning. They cleaned the bathrooms throughly and inside of the appliances. However the baseboards still needed help and the walls were untouched even though they specifically said walls are included in their clean. Overall a decent job, cheaper than a few other places I called.

I called this morning and asked for a standard cleaning. I mentioned that I wanted the baseboards cleaned, Mopping, vacuuming. Nothing heavy like windows. The coffee table was not moved and mopped. I asked about the baseboards and was told that was with the deep cleaning. The right response is I’ll clean that right now. That response would have me as a repeat customer. The rest of the cleaning was fair not good. Service and tip was $200 too much for the service I received.

I booked with this company 5/13/24, I discussed with whoever I booked with it was a home that wasn’t completely vacant there was things left but to not worry about packing or moving them. The crew arrived at 9am and around my lunch time which was 1:30/2pm I arrived to the home and all that was done was the bathroom downstairs, they had a new girl “cleaning” the kitchen. I told them they’re to not worry about the boxes or things left behind to focus on bathrooms and carpets. Mind you I have one bathroom downstairs and 2 upstairs. One cleaner named Dixie said she had an appointment and said she will come back to finish if she has to. Ok great that’s fine. The thing is, the bosses wife came and inspected around the time I left to go back to work which was 2:20pm. She was also unsatisfied with the work and had Dixie re do the new girls work. Because Dixie said she would be back, the side door was left unlocked. The previous homeowner was still going to stay for just that night, he arrived around 9pm and Dixie was already there. He told me she was working in the kitchen. This is at 9pm, when I arrived at 10:30 due to being out for dinner for my sisters graduation. She was still working in the kitchen. I looked upstairs and nothing absolutely nothing was touched. Also whatever she used in the kitchen left it sticky and I had to go back over it myself. What boggles me is I don’t even know what time she got there, I don’t know what she was doing. Heck with how the world is how do I know nothing from the previous owner was taken. Like it was just very unprofessional and such a terrible experience with me. I could honestly say I will never book again. The following day I took off due to having furniture delivered (mind you this is my first home) I don’t care that the homeowners has stuff still there because it was all last minute. But after voicing so many times I only want those focused parts and it was ignored I was frustrated and stressed. Well the following say 5/14/24 I went out of my way purchased a vacuum that shampoos and vacuums. Because I wasn’t even given the decency to have my downstairs carpet cleaned. On top of going to the store and purchasing a bunch of cleaning products that we needed because we are new home owners and spent almost 1k. The fact that I was still given an invoice for $600 for half as work is so absurd to me and even more absurd that I agreed to only paying half when reality I could’ve found a better company and cleaning crew to do this job. I honestly only agreed because my partner said it was the right thing to do considering company car/supplies used but I was truly unsatisfied. The only thing great that was done was the bathroom downstairs. But I guess that must’ve been her main focus. Overall she seemed like a sweet lady but as far as the work she did for my house with the new girl? Not great. And I don’t blame the new girl at all. I blame whoever manages this company. 2 cleaners aren’t enough for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home. That’s insane even if it was vacant. I worked for one, we damn sure had at least 5-6 people on deck and to bring a new girl??? To this type of job?? Just crazy to me. All I can say is be careful what you’re booking for. These reviews are prob bots. Whoever I talked to was nice David idk but super frustrated with the work and just over already stressed with $$ and such.

DAG cleaning did a great job doing a post-construction cleanup at our property. They were communicative & efficient and David, our account rep, was wonderful across the board.
