Just had Blue Spruce Maids come clean our home and do a few other home chores we just haven’t been able to get to. Alex was so easy to talk to and really tried to understand how they could help us since we are a custom clean. Anna came to clean our home today. She did an amazing job and on top of that she was just really nice to speak to and work with. In a world today where customer service is hard to come by, Blue Spruce Maids has it down!

We’ve been using BSM for over two years and they have been great, the responsiveness of the staff in scheduling in addition to the quality cleaning of the team is top notch. It has been very helpful to have Em consistently coming, she knows exactly what we like and remembers our quirks. The home is spotless afterwards!

Been a monthly customer for 2 years – used them sporadically otherwise for move outs, etc. Recommended to neighbors and friends. Customer service from both the office and cleaners is EXEMPLARY! They’re thorough, trustworthy, dedicated to service, courteous — and even really sweet about my cats! When we’ve been out of town or not home, it’s no problem to leave a key or a code, and they just handle everything – including even filling up the cats’ water just to be polite. Milli, Athena, and Alexie are always particularly nice.

My team was Amazing! Em, Beth, Rissa, Maryiah, and Summer did an excellent job. I have never seen my house so spotless. It just feels nice to have that stress taken away. They are also 10 times better and faster than I could ever be! Highly recommend.

I’ve been working with Blue Spruce Maids for quite awhile now, and they’ve always worked with me to adjust what actually needs to be cleaned as more and less of the house has been used over time. Demi specifically has been working hard, particularly today when she was the only person available to head over to my house. I greatly appreciate her efforts even when needing to do the job solo!
