Way, way too expensive – they charged $604 for a move-out cleaning of a 2-bedroom condo with no furniture or carpeting. The sales manager also got the times mixed up and cleaners showed up 4+ hours earlier than she said, requiring us to hurriedly rearrange our schedules. She offered no apology. Will never use them again.

I would think twice before applying for this company, not sure how’s their services but I could tell you they treat you different based on your appearance by asking, “DO YOU HAVE A WORK PERMIT, OR WHAT WORK PERMIT DO YOU HAVE?”. Totally caught me off guard the direct question like if I don’t know you need to legally have documentation or be a U.S. citizen to be able to work.

I had a great experience from the very beginning talking with Maid Brigade to receiving the service. The price was fair for services received. I was a little apprehensive asking for help cleaning but glad I did as the 3 maids that came to help were kind, professional and did a great job. My wife was only wanting a deep clean, but after they left she was so happy and impressed that she is considering a monthly service. Also, we have cats so we were concerd with chemical cleaners so that’s why we chose this company. The smell is a lightly chlorinated, not overwhelming (normally cleaners give me migraines) at all but just enough to know it’s a clean smell. I’m over all happy with my experience and highly recommend.

We had our first cleaning with Sharon, Ada, and Jessica. They got right to work when they walked in and did a great job. I haven’t ever hired any cleaners before so I didn’t know what to expect but my house was very clean after and I’m looking forward to future cleanings and being inspired to maintain the cleanliness between!

The team has been cleaning our HOA common facilities since we reopened in March and are doing a nice job of keeping the clubhouse, restrooms, and the pool area furniture neat and clean. Even the ping pong table is getting cleaned so it’s always ready for use. Thanks team!

We’ve been using Maid Brigade for several years now, coming once a month to clean our house. They’ve been amazing! They’re extremely responsive with any kind of rescheduling requests; everyone we’ve talked to at the office has been great. The cleaning crews are super friendly and professional, and they always leave the house sparkling clean. There’s no better feeling than coming home from work to a home freshly cleaned by Maid Brigade!
