I had an emergency cleaning job at my rental house. We were supposed to close escrow the next day. Joe and his team of five showed up at 7:00 a.m. and worked all the way until 4:00 p.m. The house is extremely clean and we appreciate it. J&E saved the day!

Joe & Myra and their staff take utmost pride in providing impeccable housecleaning service. The best of three other housecleaning service companies I’ve tried in Arroyo Grande & I know that my search is over. Their cost is in keeping with the quality & dependability of what they do and is very affordable. Estimate was free & they do start off with a deep-deep thorough cleaning of things I didn’t even think of (light fixtures, ceiling/floor moldings, etc. All the ladies who are employed by them do a wonderful job, work extremely hard & are very professional & trustworthy! They always lock up and treat every item in our home with care like it was their own. Our home is meticulously cared for and we always love to come in after it’s been cleaned as it feels like a hotel in that their skills leave it immaculate. It is easily seen that they all take pride in their work. They are always timely! I cannot say enough. Thank you for reading this review & do not hesitate to give them a try. Thanks to Joe & Myra and all cleaners who work in our home (the ladies I’ve met are named: Olivia & Loreana & I haven’t asked the names of others who help as sometimes I’m not home; but trust is very important aspect if you’d like to be out of the home while cleaning occurs & their trustworthy speaks for itself.

I was completely impressed with J and E’s customer service. Calling from out of town to arrange a deep cleaning as a surprise for my daughter was not easy. But Joe’s team did such an impeccable cleaning from head to toe and Joe himself answered every question with such friendliness and courtesy, I was totally put at ease. I couldn’t find one thing that was missed. When my daughter said “Mom, did you clean the sliding glass doors?” I answered, “no, I found someone better!” It was worth every penny. I would use J and E again in a heartbeat! Thank you.

We are incredibly happy with the service of J & E Cleaning Services! From start to finish we received the upmost professional service and attention. We had an estate sale and we needed someone to come in and clear out the misc items and professionally clean the entire house. The house looks AMAZING! Joe always answers all calls asap. The house sparkles and is ready to put on the market. Although it is hard to sell our childhood home, to see it shine as it does today warms our hearts!
