I did not utilize their cleaning service, but their driver is completely reckless, dangerous and constantly trying to cut off traffic and cause an accident. This is not the first time either, this vehicle constantly drives like a lunatic in the pocket area. Genuinely scared they will cause a major accident. White Honda pilot

They didn’t clean my house but one of the drivers nearly caused a big accident. I was in a right turn lane when one of the drivers decided they wanted to cross over from TWO lanes away, without enough time or space to safely do that. She cut me off almost causing a bad impact had it not been for my vehicles anti-collision features which don’t activate unless they absolutely need to by the way. She came out of nowhere. In case anyone was wondering she crossed over two lanes to get to a right turning lane simply to get to Starbucks… I tried emailing them considering leaving a review about a complaint not related to the services is weird but their website takes you to a drugstore??? The license plate on the vehicle is 6KDL672 and it’s a silver Honda CR-V. If you’re going to make dangerous decisions don’t do it in a vehicle advertising your company or better yet don’t do it at all, your life and the life of others is much more valuable than overpriced coffee. Stay safe everyone!

I am so thankful that I got Susan’s House and Office Cleaning to take care of my home. I enjoy a good deep clean and with my health issues, I needed help to do it. I can do my day-to-day cleaning but Kris comes every other week and does deep cleaning at such a reasonable price. I will keep the service for many reasons. Trustworthy, reliable and thorough are the top reasons. Reasonable pricing is another reason. Bottom line, Susan’s makes my life better. I saw the post by the other person about the service. I think she must have written her review about some other company because Susan’s is nothing like she said.

Never seen or experienced anything like that ! Not only they are expensive, they are so very unprofessional , rude and extremely unclean….!!! I can not even imagine someone would hire them for the second time…!!!!!
