Neat Freak has been cleaning my house every 4 weeks since early 2017, when I was a new mom getting ready to return to work. For over 7 years now they have always been professional and trustworthy, and consistently do a good job, at a reasonable cost. The owner Nicole is always responsive to my questions and communicative regarding any schedule changes, which have been very infrequent. They are HIGHLY reliable, and it’s always the best feeling to come home to a freshly cleaned house!

As working parents of a young child it has been immensely beneficial to our sense of wellbeing to have Neat Freak Clean perform regular house cleans—both in terms of living in the clean space and in having one less thing on our endless todo list. Nicole and team do consistent quality work, steam cleaning, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, etc and at a very reasonable price. Communication is highly professional, with regular reminders about upcoming cleans and flexibility in scheduling if needed. I highly recommend Neat Freak Clean to anyone else needing these services!

Been using Neat Freak for about 6 months now and my only regret is not booking sooner. I hesitated for years to hire a cleaning service because of the cost and because I thought “I can just do it myself…” Let me tell you it is worth every. Single. Penny. They are so much more thorough than I could ever be and Allison always leaves some cute little thoughtful touches throughout the house. Nicole checks in often to make sure we’re happy with the job they’re doing. We will never go back!

Neat Freak Cleaning for a while now. It’s been a great experience. We never had a housecleaning service but now can’t live without it. Nicole, the owner, is responsive, friendly, and trustworthy. Her staff are all excellent at their jobs.
