Alex was super communicative, responsive, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. The two cleaners who came were super professional, detail oriented, and went out of their way to clean things I would have overlooked! They did a whole two bed two bath for a move out clean and the place was so much cleaner than when I first found it. Incredible work, I would definitely recommend them 👍

Bought a specific hour package and the cleaners left early. When I reached out to ask about the time that wasn’t used the owners said it would be used as tip. Keep in mind we already tipped. This is unacceptable business practices. I do NOT recommend their services.

Called Alex at VIP Maids looking for a last minute cleaning service. He was able to make it happen the next day, Jackie and Anna arrived right on time and truly did an outstanding job of a deep clean. They were so sweet and polite and completed the job in the amount of time they said. Thank you so much and I will 100% be using your services again.

I have a fairly terrible mold allergy, and the uncommon rains in LA set off a whole bunch of problem areas, including an access panel hole in our walls. I originally booked online for a 2 hour session with 4 deep cleaners for a 1300 sqft 2bd/ 2bath townhome. Alex called me the day before they came and offered instead to use a disinfectant fogger and a 3 hour session with 2 deep cleaners instead, saving me money *and* ensuring that the problem remained solved. Alex’s same day fogging immediately killed the mold, and Edi and Silvana took care of everything else the next day. I can finally breathe deeply thanks to them!
