We have been using this service for months now and could not be more pleased with the service for the following reasons: * receive a text message the day before confirming appointment * always shows up on time * brings all the cleaning supplies and equipment * open to changing up rooms and tasks on the day of service * thorough cleaning and replacing items moved * friendly and trustworthy. Excellence Cleaning Service was INCREDIBLE! We were told about this company from a neighbor on the Next Door app and boy was I impressed! 1. This company is licensed and insured. Deal breaker for me so I was glad to know they were covered. 2. I wasn’t the first client. While this wasn’t bad if I was but for me it was great to know others are using this company and liking it. 3. The services were completed in a timely manner. I don’t sit at my house while it’s being cleaned so I was glad that it didn’t take all day to clean my house. 4. I 100% felt comfortable with this company being in my home. I felt so comfortable with the owner after she came by my house to look and see what cleaning my home would entail. I think it’s important for an in home inspection to happen and it made me feel good about letting this company come into my home. I look forward to this company helping to keep my home clean.
