I recently used this service to clean my house. They were amazing! They communicated well when there was a delay, and cleaned my house top to bottom! It was so much better than I expected. Raquel did a phenomenal job, and I’d definitely recommend using her! She worked quickly and efficiently, and really paid attention to the details.

I used Carole’s House Cleaning for the Move Out Service. Brian, the manager was very polite and patient with my questions and I could book an appointment at short notice. His teammate Chase helped clean my apartment and she did a very thorough and stellar job. She was meticulous in her efforts throughout the apartment, and overall I’m very happy with the services. A definite recommend.

They do such a great job. They are very easy to schedule, they communicate well, and the cleaners do a great job. I had a deep clean done and then signed on to do a cleaning every other week. I highly recommend Carol’s.

I love this cleaning service – my bi-weekly cleaning professional is Raquel and she is AMAZING! I am always so relieved and happy after getting my place cleaned, and she does a fantastic job of making sure everything is properly cleaned and never cuts corners. I highly recommend this company!

Client Beware! Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. I gave them FOUR chances – with four different cleaning people. Brian, their office manager always spoke by telephone and texted me in a deeply mysogynistic, unprofessional and abusive way. Their cleaners do not know how to clean and one even showed up without a vacuum, saying her vacuum was broken. Giving this company numerous chances to send a decent cleaning person netted me repeated stressful and upsetting experiences. I will find a good cleaning company and try to forget about this awful house cleaning company.
