Spotless ‘n Serene has been great! Owner, Karen, is very responsive and proactive in scheduling our recurring cleaning, which has been a problem for us with past cleaners. They do a great job through the entire house. Our house just feels better after they’ve completed. More so than when we’ve done it ourselves.

Karen does a great job at thoroughly cleaning my large home in an efficient manner! She uses her more natural cleaners per our request and respects our no shoes in the home preference. She can work off a task list and doesn’t require a full top to bottom clean each visit, which is awesome! This is helpful for me to have her help with whatever tasks I haven’t done that week. She is punctual, communicative, professional, detail oriented, and very polite! I’ve used a dozen cleaning services over the years and highly recommend Karen!

Someone recommended Spotless & Serene on FB so I decided to reach out. Karen responded really quickly and had all the information I needed very well organized. She came out to my house to give me a formal quote and discussed the things that she would clean within a week or two. I got on her schedule right away. I get reminder text messages the night before, and she is always on time. She has done a fabulous job and I am so thankful I went with her. She has a guarantee where she will return if there is something she may have missed, but she’s gotten it all. I would highly recommend Spotless & Serene!!
