They did a beautiful job. Crew of 4 for 2 hours. My house looks immaculate ♥️ I did pick up ahead of time and removed clutter etc. so they could focus on floors and dust, and the deep clean. I’m very happy with the service. Anything skipped was as my instruction. There were a few plants that got damaged and a few very small items out of place but nothing major. In the future – if leaves get torn off a plant – they can go in the trash – I watched the gal trying to set the broken pieces of the plant on top of the living plant…. (Just communicate – it’s not a big deal – it’s just a plant but don’t hide things if something breaks.) Will use them again. Thank you for the great service.

This cleaning service is truly exceptional. I recently had the deep clean service and when the team was done, the house was so clean, it sparkled. I couldn’t have asked for better results. I plan to have them back on a regular basis.

The people on the phone are very professional and nice. We used them three times. For our first appointment the cleaning crew was late, the second time they didn’t show up at all and we had to reschedule, and the last time they didn’t show up for our 1:30pm appointment and didn’t get in contact with us for another 2 hours to fix the problem. When they did clean they did a very good job, however the randomness of everything made us seek another service. Edit: I changed my review from 2 stars to 3 stars. Upon posting my review I received a call from their office and they apologized and offered to make it up to us. I really appreciate that professionalism and devotion to good customer service.

Fernanda and her team from Gaia come every two weeks and in an hour my home is spiffy clean. The team is dependable, thorough, cooperative, flexible, and the home office staff also works well with them, making it truly enjoyable to work with this organization.

We’ve had this service clean our home for five years now! We’ve had the same crew leader and most of the same crew members for the entire time and we have such an appreciation for the excellence with which these women do their work! We would highly recommend them!! Thank you ladies!!

Gaia has been cleaning our home for almost 6 years. They are very thorough and always do a great job. I am always impressed by how well of a job they do. I would recommend them to anyone for a regular cleaning service.
