Maids in America have been cleaning for me for over a year now. They are very efficient & friendly. They have always told me if they miss something, they will come back. I’ve never had to call them to come back- but it’s nice to know they will. The owner, Susan, has always tried to work with my schedule if Ive ever needed to move my appt. Highly recommend.

I used this service when I was disabled with a fractured back, and compressed discs. One of their employees stole jewelry from me! She actually showed up wearing a ring that my mother gave to me! I should have sued them! Be aware of who you allow into your home, realize this company does not check credentials of their employees! This employee, I discovered stole 3 rings and a bracelet!

Over all I can say the booking process was really easy and fast. There were however, a few disappoints and areas uncleaned by the first women. I booked a Deep Clean and several things were missing off the cleaning list, but Sue was very fast at fixing the situation, and sending Cheryl to tidy things up and she did a amazing job and a few extras. Thank you! 4 stars.

The entire staff are the most genuinely dedicated, professional and caring people I have ever had in my home. They clean EVERYTHING without having to be asked. With their reasonable prices and flexible scheduling I’d never go anywhere else. Best of the Best!
