I am pleased. My “maids” came in and went to work. There was no idle chatter, no talking on the phone, and I don’t remember that they asked any questions! Questions would have certainly been fine, but they simply went to work doing what they were trained to do. My holiday company comes tomorrow and i am relaxed and ready for them. My house is clean.

The ladies at Two Maids were awesome, friendly and worked well together. They exceeded my expectations. I was surprised to get a request for a tip from Two Maids. I felt that $450 was enough to pay them and give them a tip since they did ALL the work cheerfully and professionally. If you have to ask for a tip that must mean the agency keeps the lion’s share of the money. I asked the associate here in Auburn that I made the appointment with what percentage the workers get. She seemed angry and refused to answer. She said it was cooperate that decides that. I already knew that but felt it was my right to know. It saddens me that the charged amount was not enough to pay and reward your workers for excellent service.
