Our company was looking for estimates on cleaning of ceiling tiles. I can honestly say, I have never met anyone as courteous and willing to assist as is Raul. He came out to our location, examined the tiles and tested different chemicals to make sure his products worked. He spent at least 2 hours on our project before we even engaged their company to do any work. Thanks to Raul’s assistance, we discovered that cleaning with chemicals wouldn’t work. Since Mid-American couldn’t do the work, they referred us to other companies who might be able to assist. Mid-American is a very impressive company!!

Martin my manager never sent in my Direct deposit forms to pay roll so the first pay day i didnt get paid and the second one I had to call HR. It turns out he didnt turn in my direct deposit forms. I had to tell him how to do his job. He didnt know what a T1 was. He told me to mop stains out and I told him the floors are have to be stripped or a new flooring. I got no training on my first day. There is so much more. I would give them a 0 stars. Worst company I have ever been with.
