I worked for spotless for five days at their Rib mountain bone and joint location and when I walked in my 5th day , got shown a picture of some salt And dirt I missed on a dust pan, I shrugged it off because I thought it was petty . I worked extra hard that night and made sure I didn’t miss a thing and at the END of my shift the supervisor said I wasn’t going to be working the recovery room anymore , then said matter of fact , give me your keys. Being confused I asked why and was told I had a attitude . I then called the owner Nate who was no better and said nothing really. Then the supervisor went on to make claims of me missing garbages the other night too , which I know for a fact I did not. He had every excuse to get me fired and I felt personally attacked. They had me work all night to ask for my keys at the end of the night. I even politely asked for him to do s walk through with me to make sure i didn’t miss anything and he couldn’t even do that. I feel like they use people and fire for personal reasons not work related. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME! I take pride in my work and I have never been fired before . This was the worst company I ever dealt with. Shame on them for how they treat people.

Worked for them for a while, they were extremely late paying me my referral bonuses and holiday pay. They refused to fix gender inequal pay and harassed me after firing me, as well as after having a phone call regarding my late w-2. I would recommend never working for or hiring them.

Spotless Co. Takes care of the entire development my business is in. The floors and restrooms are SPOTLESS. I’m grateful for the detailed work they do as it’s a reflection of my business and all the other business as well.
