Stratus Clean has consistently exceeded my expectations providing cleaning services for Schoenfeld Interiors retail furniture store in Bellevue Washington. When we made the change to Stratus Clean a few years back we were happily surprised to find we could afford their excellent service that was tailored to the needs of our store. The cleanliness of our store greatly increases our ability to sell our product, since presentation is a key part of that process. Stratus Cleaning does a great job cleaning our building in Bellevue. Their customer service is excellent. The manager, Bladamir drops in time to time to make sure everything is going well, and Jenny and her team keep our building in great condition and monthly ask for feedback to see if there is anything they can be doing differently. They are very easy to contact.

They entered our preschool by mistake on a weekend (they had our door code from previous cleanings) Moved all the furniture out (about 42 shelves) They didn’t put the items back where they belonged and refused to take responsibility (They were supposed to be cleaning the floors of the school next to us). I asked for them to reimburse me for the employees who had to come in on a weekend to put things back. We argued back and forth about the amount of time it took. I gave up. I don’t trust this company.
