Neil Wahlen Construction 6 years agoBased on what I see about this outfits parking habits when there are tons of other parking spaces available; I would never use or recommend this business. Really how rude do you have to be to make your own parking space when there are so many other spaces available. This shows me these guys have no consideration or respect for anyone so why would I ever use them. Zeros stars for the laziness and cutting corners.

Mike was referred to me from another facility owner, what a great referral that was. Mike was a source for materials and labor for all of my wants and needs. My facility looks brand new and looks impressive. Mike was cost effective and on budget👊 all big attaboys in my book! Mike and his team continue to be our go to for all of our facility- units needs. At the end of the day Mike a real pro in all that he does and better yet he’s even a better person! Attaboy Mike 👊

One of the best aspects was that they handled most of the work in-house, so we didn’t have to coordinate with multiple contractors, which made the process much smoother. The team provided excellent communication throughout the project and was very flexible with our customizations, ensuring everything matched our vision perfectly. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the pricing was fair and transparent. I highly recommend CCS for their professionalism, quality, and ease of working with.
