Well, I tried to make an inquiry call for commercial cleaning and was cut off before I could get a complete sentence out. They were not interested in answering any questions or any business that wasn’t 3 days or more a week!

**Update as I can’t respond to their response** Everything they claim in their response is not true. They tried reaching out once after this review, NOT to set up an appointment FINALLY but to basically have us take this review down. They called after this review To say they show one time where we called and they called us back a minute later which is true but I missed that call. We then tried multiple times again after and left multiple messages (both me and my wife) and no one ever called us back to set anything up. We did double check and it IS the right company. Their response and lying just shows more unprofessionalism. Original post – Tried calling multiple times to set up cleaning services and they would never call me back to schedule anything.

Laura’s Maids is absolutely wonderful! They have always treated my home with respect while they worked hard to make it sparkle. The staff always pays attention to deal and often surprise me with the quality of their work. They always respond quickly to calls and work tirelessly to make their clients happy! If you need someone for regular cleanings or the big jobs call Laura’s.

I called to ask what areas they service to and the woman who answered the phone VERY rudely said “cleaning service” and when I asked her if they serviced my location she just hung up. Why would I even trust someone like that to come clean my home?

Did not clean floors under beds at all (bed is high off the ground and it was evident vacuuming underneath was not even attempted) and in general did a very mediocre job. Worth maybe $60, but definitely not the +$150 charged. Would not recommend.

I had Laura’s Maids do a move out clean on my rental home. I live out of town so asked to send pictures so I didn’t have to drive to Tyler for the cleaning. They were happy to do so. The quality of the clean was exceptional leaving many items in my home looking brand new. If we were going to be staying in East Texas, I’d definitely use them again!
