DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I have had nothing but trouble with EcoCare. The quality of work their cleaners do is not good. We had a contractual agreement that included mopping the floors. Our floors were not mopped for almost 2 months. Their operations manager confirmed that the crew had not been cleaning the floors and I was offered 1/2 off one cleaning. They have not done anything to remedy the months of subpar service. Additionally, dusting was part of our agreement and our selves were never dusted, even after repeated requested for this to be completed. I discontinued service with this company and they still continue to send me monthly bills. I have had nothing but problems with this company since I hired them. Do yourself a favor and find a different cleaning company.

Ecocare Cleaning has been hounding me like a dust bunny on steroids for a solid six years now, calling every two months with their cleaning pitch. I’ve practically begged them to take a hint and realize that I have zero interest in their services. Hey, Ecocare, if you put just 10% of that relentless determination into your actual cleaning skills, maybe you’d be the best in the world! But seriously, folks, I wish they’d channel that persistence towards listening to folks who are clearly not interested in their tidying talents.

EcoCare has been our cleaning service for a year. I seldom have issues but if I do, they are prompt and efficient at taking care of it. We never worry about anything being misplaced or missing. Thanks for taking good care of US..

After reading the poor reviews, I had to put in my two cents. We have used EcoCare for almost a year now. No complaints. And the one time we did have an issue, it was immediately handled satisfactorily. We’ve had the same friendly and respectful cleaning crew (yes, they are subcontracted but EcoCare) since service began. They do a wonderful job, they’re in and out within the hour and leave our office spotless. Perhaps we got lucky, but we’re happy and absolutely do recommend them.

Hired these guys to clean our office on a weekly basis. After 4 weeks of my own office not getting cleaned, I reached out to Jose, the Operations Manager, and voiced my concerns. He assured me that he would get this issue addressed immediately. They following week I walk into my office and low and behold, hasn’t been touched again! 5 weeks in a row is enough for me to throw in the towel. Awful service.
