I usually have a wonderful experience, but the last time they cleaned my hood they didn’t finish cleaning the top vents. Paid for the full service and for them to not complete the job is disheartening to say the least. Then for 2 months to get them to come back to finish the job is practically impossible. I would be the one hounding them down and trying to set up an appointment. They provide various excuses for the reason they can’t come over to simply finish the last portion of the job, but for 2 months and nothing? That’s just negligence at this point. The service is usually good and staff are friendly, but be sure to check to see if they actually completed the job before paying because they won’t come back. Just a cautionary tale for anyone wanting to hire them.

They have been cleaning our two restaurants for the last 2 years. But they broke the building fire alarm system during cleaning on September 2023. The owner (Oziel) lied until we showed him a video clip from the security camera, and he admitted what they did wrong. He promised that he would claim using his insurance or he would pay from his pocket. I trusted him because of a 2-year relationship, and I thought he had enough money to pay the fixing cost($540) but after a couple of months later, the owner(Oziel) never answered the phone or any contact. We also found that he has not been cleaning well through hiring another contract and inspecting together.

They really did a great job! Ozzie you’re the best man! I really needed help in our kitchen with the hood equipment and floor job, believe me guys they’re the best for the job! And the price so reasonable and they take their work seriously! The two guys left me nothing but a clean kitchen, thanks again guys! Another customer very satisfied!

They did such a good job. Everything is soooooo shiny. I had other “professionals” that came to do my hood and they are literally the only one that made this vent hood sparkle.
