If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a man and a woman that cleaned our office a couple nights a week. The woman was sweet and professional at first but the man that was with her threatened to fight 3 of our employees. We found out later that he doesn’t even work at that company and the woman was just bringing him along to help out. That is dangerous and extremely unprofessional. If you care about the safety of yourself and the people you work with do NOT hire these guys.

We used another service for years for our business and were just not happy with the results for our cleaning service. We had a few companies come in to give us quotes. We chose to go with Jan-Pro in Austin, TX. We are so happy we switched. Juan and Adelaida Escobar are our cleaning crew and they have been awesome since day one. In today’s world it is very hard to find people who want to work, much less do it well. I can truly say that Jan Pro and their Team are not only hard working, they do their job exceptionally well and go above and beyond to make us happy. Our office has over 19,000 sq ft of space and each morning when we arrive back to work, our office is clean and refreshed. If I have a concern or an added service needed, all I do is email and for the past 5 years of doing business with Jan Pro, I have received an email or call back within the hour to address my need. I highly recommend Jan Pro for any and all of your cleaning needs.
