We recently hired Deluca to clean our office. I can’t say enough amazing things about them…courteous, professional, accommodating, exceptional pricing, excellent customer service, responsive, the list goes on and on! From sending a representative over to assess the office, that actually took notes on exactly what needed special attention, to excellent customer service/communication, to the initial intense cleaning. When my co-workers arrived on Monday morning, they were actually greeted with not only the ‘smell of clean’ but an actual clean office! And I was greeted with thank you after thank you emails for hiring Deluca. Look no further….Deluca Cleaning Systems is the BEST!

We have had several cleaning services in the past who over promised and under delivered. This has not been our experience with DeLuca cleaning. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are getting the service they deserve! Super happy with their service!!!!!!!!!!!!

The company I work for, a major real estate company has used Deluca for many years but when we were moving, I did consider other cleaning services as our space tripled in size and we needed not only a great weekly cleaning price but also a post construction clean. After I explored other companies to get pricing for both and no one’s price could compare, admittedly I was a tad bit worried that with such a low cost post construction clean pricing and weekly pricing that we may get a subpar job- but Deluca has gone above and beyond all expectations! The cleaning crew did an incredible post construction clean and each weekly clean has been incredible. They don’t miss a spot and every time I walk in after they’ve been there it feels like a brand new space all over again. We have a lot of glass in the office and a ton of light and white surfaces and it’s all spotless and shining. The floors are left super clean and everything smells great for days after they come in!!! The customer service is top notch. If you need to communicate with management or the crew itself – you can call or text and the response is immediate. I would recommend Deluca 100 times over for any professional cleaning needs.

We have been using their service for a couple months at two of our locations. We couldn’t be happier, their staff is great, and consistently do an outstanding job. Their prices are great and they are super flexible which is important due to our nature of business. I would recommend them to any and everyone!

I’ve been the building manager for over 20 years and have been through plenty of cleaning services over the years. I’m sure you all here the same thing as me when a new company is trying to earn your business. They tell you how great they are, what is to be expected of them, and all the other great things you want to hear. Then you hire them and they are good for a few months and then they are basically useless. Not with Deluca cleaning!!! They are great now just the same as they were on day one. They do exactly what is promised and using their service was a great decision that made my life easier. I don’t have to worry about the cleanliness of our facility and with Covid being a huge concern, they got that covered too. I highly recommend them!

Brian DeLuca Cleaning Systems Team have been servicing my Douglas Elliman Office for many years and will surely be for years to come. Deluca cleaning is responsive to emergent needs. During the pandemic, Mike was understanding of the needs of my programs and quickly dispatched services. The pricing is competitive. I was at ease knowing Deluca was taking care of safety needs. The cleaning services are impeccable. The staff do a fabulous job of ensuring the site is spotless.
