STL Design and Build a month agoFirst, a big thank you to Tom, Ken and Cheryl for making this happen! Our old deck looked terrible and was a little sketchy, we were considering repairing because we probably could have gotten a few more years out of the old one. After speaking with them, we decided to just do a complete rebuild because why band aid it over and over when you could just replace it and never have to worry about it again. And for us, it made most sense financially to just rebuild because those band aid fixes over time add up and leave you with something you’re not truly happy with anyway. Rodger took care of all permitting and deck design. We did change layout, stairs, etc a few times so thank you to him for putting up with all of our initial indecision! Our project manager, Becky, was thorough in all details and communication was clear and consistent. She came by on multiple occasions to check out the progress, make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy throughout the process. And finally, the guys that made the deck real life. Huge thanks to Aaron and Brandon for all their hard work and attention to detail. They kept the job site clean and worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Even down to the placement of the lights on the risers. They suggested a few things that we were having trouble picturing and guided us to what would look best on our deck. The team that Tom, Ken and Cheryl have put together is incredible and we’re so happy with how smooth the process was! Absolutely will refer to friends and family looking to get work done! Thank you so much!
