They were so compassionate and caring. It was so freeing having them throw away everything we needed to get rid of. They took care of the dumpster, bagging trash and other junk, and never once complained about anything. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a great first-time experience with them. I hired them to clean some biohazard material from a house rented by my company. Prompt response to my inquiry, met me at the house for the estimate, openly explained the whole process, scheduled the cleaning immediately, and completed the job perfectly. What a fantastic company! They sent two of the kindest people out to clean. This is group of people that are very discreet and sensitive to the needs of their clients. Miss Kim is such a wonderful soul, I feel like I could talk to her about anything! I will definitely be using this company again! Jeremy and his staff at Crime Scene Cleaners came in during a very tragic time for my family and I. Trying to handle business affairs after a loved one’s passing and being 1000 miles away while trying to grieve is very difficult unless working with a company like Crime Scene Cleaners. Jeremey was able to work with me via phone and email to provide excellent service and personal support from day one. His professionalism, hard work, and attitude were a great complement to his company. Jeremy was open and honest about any/all questions I asked and was very detailed and transparent about the cost of services. Within two days of contacting Crime Scene Cleaners clean-up was done, and everything was as good as new before our out-of-town family arrived. Jeremy made a horrible life experience slightly more bearable. My family and I are truly grateful for Jeremy and the Crime Scene Crew.

Kim Utz is one of the people from this company I had the displeasure of dealing with when trying to find/figure out where half of the unlisted and undocumented items were that were removed from my house. She is extremely rude and has no bedside manner when talking to people who have lost loved ones tragically. Many items are just gone, missing from house with no explanation. When trying to “talk” with her over the phone she spoke over me, never giving me a chance to speak and then hung up on me. I have recently lost my husband and the very few, special to me items that he gave me are just gone… because of this company’s carelessness. I should clarify that Jeremy was not part of this clean up but Kim Utz was. I have spoken with him about the situation and he was very nice, apologetic and understanding. However, what is done is done and what is gone is gone forever. If you have any choice in the matter of who comes to your house for a crime scene clean up, choose someone else. If you don’t have a choice like I did? Request that she not step foot in your home.

I can’t say enough positive things about Jeremy, my experience with his business and how support during a very difficult time. Jeremy was willing to listen to me and was extremely empathetic to the situation I was in and extremely honest and objective about the entire process of what needed to be done. I had another company that has already come that did not do an efficient job and Jeremy made himself available for my calls, texts, pictures and in person meeting as quickly as possible around good already existing schedule. I would say that the communication and education during this process alone has set this company apart from a lot of businesses in any industry. Would recommend this business to families that are struggling with events that would require this type of work and businesses that are looking for honest and trustworthy partnerships. Thank you Jeremy, for just be real.
