I used To work for them honestly it’s a nice job ane very easy but supervisors Such as Mr. Dwayne and such more have bad attitudes and don’t care for there employees witch really do sucks!!!

THE most unprofessional place I’ve ever interviewed with… This has to do with the corporate office in Lenexa, KS. First, a recruiter reached out to me over LinkedIn. Had a conversation w him, mainly wanting to be on the same page compensation wise, also trying to understand what both parties were looking for.. We came to an agreement as I gave him what I was currently making and he said yes that’s right on target. He said there was a couple assessments I needed to fill out before moving forward.. (Ended up being 5/6, which ate up so much time. Sales one took over an hour and a half.) Long story short, after completing the assessments, the recruiter reached back out to me and said the hiring team would love to meet me because my assessment scores were awesome. That there were 3 tiers and I was in the highest one (Highly recommended).. I schedule an in person interview with the hiring manager. Their office location was 40 mins away from me, and when I got there she didn’t even know the compensation structure and said the base salary I was looking for was way high. I said the recruiter said it was what you guys offer, but if you can negotiate anywhere close that would be fine, I was more concerned with the commission structure. We had a good connect and she said she was going to get me all that information for me, that she was new and just needed a day to send it over to me. Two days go by and I reach back out inquiring about it. She then sends an email saying thanks for my time but they are moving in a different direction. I responded and said, that’s odd we had a great call and you told me you were going to send me all this info, and acted really interested. I then asked if it had to do with the pay I mentioned?,. She responded and said that’s fair, but I actually just got the rest of your assessment scores and you failed two of them so we can’t move forward with you.. Again, the recruiter said I was in the highest tier, and the the hiring manager actually said one of them was excellent (the sales one).. Again, long story short, the level of unprofessionalism was baffling. They obviously had no sort of communication, I wasted countless hours with the assessments, over 3 hours with the drive to and from the facility, plus the interview. They had no knowledge of what the company even offered, from a pay and commission standpoint, and it was just a disaster. Wasted so much time with this company, and I’m extremely upset at it. Not even the fact that we didn’t align, it’s the fact they had me doing all this stuff, wasting so much time, saying how well everything was, acting like everything aligned with what each party was looking for and come to find out they weren’t organized at all with anything. Highly recommend avoiding this company for any type of job/interviewing purposes. Seems like they don’t want to pay and aren’t professional enough to be aligned across the board as an organization. Look elsewhere for work! If they’re this bad at communicating internally, I can’t imagine their services/solutions being any better. Just some insight for any interested in what this company has to offer. Best of luck!

One of the worse janitorial companies in Kansas city metro area. They don’t pay there employees good . They don’t count all the hrs you work right Glad I am working now at a place where they pay you good and care about the employees

Worst company ever ,during pandemic they did not care about the employees at all,they show favoritism Towards employees and are very unfair and Mr Crawford is very very very VERY disrespectful and unprofessional!

I have had no interaction with this business
