Deniz’s Design team, led by Ali, exceeded all expectations in renovating our kitchen. Their attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism made the process seamless and enjoyable. Ali’s leadership ensured that every aspect of the project was executed flawlessly, from conceptualization to installation. The quality of craftsmanship in our new kitchen is outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. RD Contracting 2 years agoWe had a great experience right from the start with RD Contracting. Neel was very thorough when going over the work that needed to be done to finish the game room in our basement. He offered welcomed suggestions along the way. The crew that he had working on our home was on-time, professional, and helpful. Neel and his crew were very patient with us as we added more work along the way. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors in the past, and I would say RD Contracting is definitely top tier. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have great work done at a very reasonable price.

Precision Remodeling 2 months agoI cannot begin to express how grateful my fiancée and I are for Tim and Jeff. We just bought our first home a few months ago and ran into a few unexpected issues with water getting into our house in two spots. Being first time home buyers, we were very anxious and uneasy about getting it fixed properly and finding the right people for the job. Not even 24 hours after reaching out to Tim he was at our house assessing the first issue, and several days later Jeff came out and took care of it. We loved his work so much that we asked them for help on our other issue. Again, not even a week later Jeff was back out fixing the other issue. He assured us we would no longer have to worry about those issues and after weeks of rain and no water coming in we have felt an immense amount of relief knowing it was fixed correctly AND AT A FAIR PRICE! Their team does anything and everything, not just exterior work. We will continue to use them for any housing issues we have in the future and I highly recommend if you are looking for high quality, fair priced work these are your people!!!

Porta Construction Inc 9 months agoWe had a dated 1990’s kitchen in need of an overhaul, and Zak and his team, especially Brandon, did a great job accomplishing everything we wanted. Zak went with us to the cabinet showroom, countertop showroom, made suggestions on our kitchen layout, worked with us on tough decisions, and perhaps most importantly was in constant communication the entire 6 week reno. The finished product was everything we expected, and his confidence and reassurance in removing the existing wall between the kitchen and living room made all the difference. Highly recommend for a kitchen or other home renovation project.

Design Kitchen & Bath a month agoOur entire experience with Design Kitchen and Bath was a pleasure. The results were everything we had hoped for. Best of all, the project completed on schedule, UNDER budget, and without surprises. Diane Koontz was our designer and worked with us to help explore ideas and materials to design the bathroom we wanted. She was a great listener and was patient as we looked at all the material choices. She understood our budget and helped us find choices that fit. Sam Fuentes was our Project Manager. He ensured that we knew what to expect each step of the way. He communicated frequently and kept thing on schedule. Minor change orders were incorporated without any disruption. From demolition to final touches, the project was done in just two weeks. The work crew did a nice job of protecting the rest of the house from dirt and disruption. They put down carpet covers each morning and removed them and vacuumed at the end of the day. When work caused dust, they hung protective plastic barriers to keep the adjoining bedroom as clean as possible. We are very pleased with our new bathroom and are considering additional projects with DK&B. We highly recommend the company, especially Diane and Sam.

Cornerstone Remodeling a week agoWe hired Cornerstone to remodel our kitchen. What started as a kitchen remodel turned into an entire first floor remodel. We never thought we could create more openness in our existing space, but Lauren, our Cornerstone designer delivered such a thoughtful and meticulous design creating much more efficiency. We are in love with our new kitchen!! Working with the Cornerstone team was also a breeze. They took the time to answer every question and along the way asked us for input when decisions needed to be made. They were also very respectful of our home and our dog, as they went about the renovations. Our project manager Heath, was our dog’s best friend during the remodel. Additionally, like any home remodel, you are bound to run into bumps along the way and the Cornerstone team handled them professionally and diligently. We would use Cornerstone again for future home remodeling and would recommend them to others.
